Laurie Mayo will present a program about the difference between repairing and conserving antique quilts. What’s the difference between the two and what’s the best choice for your antique quilts?

“Button Up, It’s Cold Outside” Workshop: Following the program, Debbie Wick will teach us her pattern for “Button Up, It’s Cold Outside.” It’s a cute snowman quilt that features lots of cute embellishments and fussy cut designs.  It’s sure to be a fun quilt to make!

Workshop Fee: $25 + $10 pattern fee for members, $35 + $10 pattern fee for guests

The November Program will be led by Liz Stern. She will be sharing an introduction to Thread Painting.

Thread Painting Workshop: On Wednesday, November 18, Liz will help students find their creative self as they learn how to use their sewing machine in a very individualistic manner. Students will become the artist, as they handle thread and stabilizer to produce their own creation. Open to all levels of experience.

Workshop Fee: $40 for members, $50 for guests*.
